Ron has been the Youth Advisor at Beth Orr campus since 2018 and has worked alongside youth since 2014. He grew up in Aventura in an Israeli household and has been an active participate in Jewish life across South Florida ranging from Jewish days camps, youth groups, Israeli Scout (Tzofim) and more. 

With a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in public relations and a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs, Ron is able to use his degrees to better understand teens and youth while putting a positive spin on any situation. 

Outside of youth group, Ron is Head of Marketing at an ecommerce marketplace and spends every other moment creating adventures alongside his wife, Samantha, and kids, Corey (9) and Cooper (7).
