Early Childhood Education
Early Learning
A dynamic child-centered community.
Our Early Learning Program
Broward Central Synagogue’s Early Childhood Program provides a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where young children develop a lifelong love of learning. Rooted in Jewish values including chesed (kindness), kehillah (community), shmirat ha-guf (self-care), tikkun olam (repairing the world) and b’tzelem Elohim (honoring uniqueness), we guide children in becoming compassionate, confident and curious individuals.
Our approach to learning is both creative and developmentally appropriate. We encourage intentional, play-based experiences while fostering a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward lifelong learning. While preparing children for the future, we also honor their creativity, individuality and intellectual curiosity in the present. Our program is a dynamic, child-centered community dedicated to building meaningful relationships among educators, children and families. Together, we create a warm, loving environment grounded in respect, Jewish values and a shared commitment to raising kind, capable and confident learners.

Education rooted in spirit and connection
Clergy and parent involvement
At our Early Learning Center, children embark on a dynamic journey where they learn through a balanced curriculum. With the assistance of our clergy and parents, students will become contributing members to our school and community by learning about social action through Jewish values. Jewish awareness is gained through real-life experiences in the classrooms where we introduce and practice Jewish traditions, customs, values, Hebrew language, music, Shabbat and holiday celebrations. Judaic studies enhance and enrich their studies in an atmosphere of mutual kindness and respect.
