Inspired by the vision of our prophets, we aspire to build a world of harmony and peace shaped by Jewish values, spiritual depth and ethical responsibility. Broward Central Synagogue seeks to be a Great Tent, an open, welcoming and ever-expanding home for Jewish life across Broward County. Rooted in tradition and alive with modern meaning, we strive to inspire lives of Jewish purpose and belonging through pluralistic experiences of learning, worship, community and action, repairing our world (tikkun olam) for generations to come.

Broward Central Synagogue is a multi-campus Jewish community committed to creating vibrant Jewish life overflowing with warmth, meaning and connection. We fulfill our mission by living the three pillars of Jewish tradition, Torah (study), Avodah (prayer and spiritual life) and g’milut chasadim (acts of lovingkindness), while nurturing ethical growth (midot), Zionist commitment and responsibility toward the world around us. Through inspiring worship, deep learning, engaging education for all ages and a rich calendar of communal, cultural and social experiences, we are building a community without labels, where every person and every family can find their place under our shared tent.
