Rabbi Melissa Stollman, RJE, is an educator, youth engagement professional, and ordained Reform rabbi with many years of experience working with Jewish teens, young adults and congregational communities. Throughout her career, she has served in leadership roles with the Union for Reform Judaism, NFTY, Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion and synagogues. Every summer, she serves as a rabbi-in-residence at URJ Camp Coleman, leading worship and educational programming.

Melissa is passionate about helping teens build meaningful Jewish connections through leadership development, social action, experiential education, travel, and community building. Her background includes overseeing formal Jewish education programs, advising synagogue and regional youth groups, developing innovative teen curricula, recruiting and mentoring young leaders, and creating engaging programs that foster a sense of belonging and Jewish identity.

Melissa holds master’s degrees in Jewish Education and Social Work, and was ordained as a rabbi by Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in 2010.  A mom of three teens herself, she is a proud UF alumna, loves to songlead and play mahjongg.
