Micaela is originally from Argentina and lived in Israel for four years before beginning a new chapter in the U.S. Throughout her life, she has built and maintained a wide network of family and friends around the world and takes pride in keeping those relationships close, even across distances. She holds her family and friends close to her heart and values those relationships deeply. She is finishing a degree in psychology with an emphasis in neuroscience and is deeply passionate about how people think, grow and connect.
Over the past decade, Micaela has held leadership roles where she fostered community connections, oversaw group dynamics and launched new programs and initiatives. She has worked across diverse communities, focusing on interfaith dialogue, program development and community building. She has pursued training in leadership, innovation, delegation and technology in both Argentina and Israel. A people person at heart, Micaela brings warmth, curiosity and dedication to everything she does.
She is grateful to be part of a community where people and colleagues have made her feel welcome, supported and truly at home. Micaela is excited for the challenges ahead and eager to contribute fully to the community.
